2024-2025 Long Time Comin’ — a communique
Not the Happiest of Times . . .
and yet
Happiness runs in a circular motion,
Life is a little boat on that sea.
Everything's part of everything anyway.
You can be happy if you let yourself be.
Still, it's a nightmare that we can't see the end to,
and we're in it together.
Stressed much?
No kidding.
So what's left to share?
We Undertook Some Major Projects
Our way-elderly garage door gives up the ghost, and our lives improve.
Our rickety-but-exactly-perfect-for-us dock replaced by a still perfect for us (and safer) dock.
Not pictured, since not photogenic, but by far the most expensive: HVAC replacement. We have moved from gas to a heat pump, so there's that.
Feeling Old, but Muddling Through . . .
May 1, we lost our wonderful Wilson, after a difficult struggle.
Wally and Lizzie continue to care for us, and we for them.
Still in the Amateur Website Business
And a small workshop project --
folding cocoons for butterflies,
embracing the beauty of transformation
in support of Transgender Awareness.

Zero art of my own to share, but there's this
